I finally had the chance to sneak in a solo dinner and was able to stop in. The service was friendly and attentive. The owners are respectful, kind, and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo, garlic naan, and a mango lassi. The Vindaloo had a good measure of meat with well-cooked potatoes to accompany. The spice hit nicely at the front but did not overpower. The naan was delicious - a little thinner rather than pillowy, but delicious. The Lassi was great. It was more sweet than bitter - which is my preference and paired well with the spicy dish. I highly recommend a visit!

Michelin-quality Indian food in the heart of East Grand Rapids. As we entered the restaurant on a Friday evening, we were promptly welcomed by Jyoti herself β€” a true star in her own right. She warmly showed us to a table and the most exceptional dining experience began. Service was a 10/10 with every person saying hello as they passed and/or introducing themselves (shout out to Echo, Kevin, and of course, Jyoti and Chef Sam!) The beauty of this place is that it’s not trying too hard; Chef Sam and the team lets the food speak for itself. We started with Vegetable Pakora and a green chutney that I will dream about for the rest of my life. The Vegetable Pakora were perfectly spiced and crispy. I went with a group and each of us had a different favorite main dish, which speaks to the impressive menu curation of Chef Sam and Jyoti. The Lucknowi Chicken is something I had never had before and it was my personal favorite. Hearty pieces of chicken in an aromatic onion sauce? Say less. I have also never had Tandoori Chicken like this before. Every piece was tender and juicy and I could literally see Chef Sam in the back, working the tandoor. Everything from the fresh garlic naan to the Chic

such an amazing experience! The food was SO TASTY, they were basically sold out around 7pm but were able to still make something for us 😍 the staff was so friendly; and the inside is perfectly quaint to dine in! It’s my new go-to Indian food place, can’t wait to come back.
